The Video Support app lets you troubleshoot issues by sharing your mobile phone’s camera with a tech support agent.

- Share your mobile phone camera with a tech support agent to assist with remote troubleshooting. Stream live video to show the agent exactly what you can see in your home to help them identify issues quickly.

- Tech support agents can edit images and send them back to you in a text message with added markup like arrows, comments, and circling important items.
