- Share your mobile phone camera with a tech support agent to assist with remote troubleshooting. Stream live video to show the agent exactly what you can see in your home to help them identify issues quickly.
- Tech support agents can edit images and send them back to you in a text message with added markup like arrows, comments, and circling important items.
Note: You must have an active Mediacom account to use the Video Support App and must be enrolled in Mediacom’s free, text message notification service. Message and data rates may apply. You must be connected to WiFi service in order to utilize the mobile phone camera sharing functionality.
